Inside Sales Representative, New Delhi, India

Job Overview

This position is responsible for supporting Commercial and/or Enterprise accounts by qualifying and developing prospective targeted accounts for the Account Manager/Account Director and Pre-Sales Engineer to close the deal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate a targeted number of accepted leads by assessing the client’s needs and handing the opportunity over to the appropriate Account Manager/Account Director in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that the passed leads are rated as accepted.
  • Maintain open communication with field sales to discuss territory information, account details and to get feedback on lead activity.
  • Build relationships with key client sales representatives and managers.
  • Utilize multiple Arcserve approved sales methodology.
  • Develop a territory plan with field sales team member(s) to meet the requirements of Arcserve ‘s sales objectives each quarter.
  • Track and maintain prospects in established sales force tool.
  • Report on territory and lead activity to the manager.
  • Assimilate product and market knowledge and effectively communicate the benefits and feature set of Arcserve products to prospects, over the telephone.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge and adherence of the Arcserve Code of Ethics and Compliance requirements.
  • Assist the team for various Sales events.
  • Experience in managing Sales funnel through SFDC.
  • Responsible for generating sales revenue.

Preferred Education

Bachelor’s Degree or global equivalent in a business or technology related field.

Work Experience

Typically requires 3-4 years of business or inside sales experience.
