1. Access the Arcserve Academy: Visit the Arcserve Academy Portal to explore available courses. If you don't have access to the Academy, please request it by emailing academy@arcserve.com.
2. Complete One of the Eligible Courses: Sales and technical certifications available (see list below). Earned your certification? Share it on LinkedIn to showcase your skills!
3. Await Your Reward: After the end of the promotional period (April 30th), our team will review course completions (must be done between now and April 30th) and reach out about your $50 electronic gift card.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a limit on the number of courses I can complete?
Yes, eligibility extends up to three (3) courses maximum, per person. Rewards will not be extended beyond the first three (3) courses that you certify for.
How do I get my gift card after completing a course?
Rewards will be issued after the end of the promotional period (after April 30th). Our team will review certificate completions and reach out separately to every eligible Arcserve Academy user.

Arcserve Academy Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
- The Arcserve Academy Rewards Program Promotion (the “Promotion”) period is from 4th February, 2025, and continues up to and including 30th April, 2025.
- Limit of three (3) certifications in total per person.
- First twenty-five (25) individuals certified are entered into the Arcserve Academy Rewards Program Promotion.
- A maximum of five (5) individuals per company may claim the incentive under this Promotion.
- Rewards will be issued up to a period of one (1) month after the end of the Promotional period or up to 31st May, 2025, whichever is earlier.
- Certificates are required as proof of completion. Arcserve reserves the right to request additional information to validate any claims under the Promotion.
- All amounts under this Promotion are shown in USD ($). If a different currency is required, the reward amount will be issued in the local equivalent of $50 USD, based on the exchange rate at the time of processing.
- Arcserve reserves the right at any time to terminate, extend, change or modify the Promotion, any benefit, or eligibility requirements in any way, with or without cause and without notice.
- Arcserve reserves the right at any time to exclude any participants that it deems do not meet the Promotion requirements or whose conduct violates the spirit of the Promotion. Arcserve’s decision regarding eligibility for participation in the Promotion shall be final and conclusive.
- Arcserve’s Rewards Program Promotion ends on 30th April, 2025.
