Learn how to create and start a recovery environment. Please follow instructions below to proceed. 

Please enter your product key, accept the End-User License Agreement (EULA), and click submit.

To find the product key:

1. Go into your ShadowProtect® or SPX console.
2. Click on the "Help" tab in the upper left corner.
3. Select "Product activation" from the "Help" dropdown menu, and you'll see a 16-character (without the hyphens) key—this is the product key.
